Questions we hear before signing
- Onboarding is a one-time fixed fee, scaled to your historical complexity. We quote it on the discovery call and most clients fall between $1,500 and $4,500.
- Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any quarter boundary. We'll true up any work already delivered against the new scope.
- Marketing and web credits roll forward within a calendar year and reset January 1. We will warn you in November if you have unused balance.
- We complete your annual filings, deliver a year-in-review with key tax moves and growth notes, and confirm the next year's scope before renewal.
